ML100 quincunx elastic coupling (GB/T5272-2002)

¡ö Structure characters:

¡ñ Simple structure, easy assembly.

¡ñ Elastic element embedded into void of convex teeth, which is on the outer welt of two-semi couplings.

¡ñ Damping, ear resistance and buffering features.

¡ñ Working temperature: -30¡«+80¡æ, this structure is the basic type, quincunx elastic element is one body with multi flaps.

¡ñ Hole of shaft and keyway correspond to GB/T3852-1997.

¡ö Marked instruction:

Y is long cylinder shaft hole, J1 is short cylinder shaft hole without hole sinking, J is short cylinder shaft hole with hole sinking, Z is short taper shaft hole with hole sinking. As to the marks of J and Z, length of shaft hole refers to the matching length of shaft hole, length of hole sinking is not included.

Drive end: Z hole of shaft, C keyway, d1=30mm, L=60mm .

Driven end: Y hole of shaft, B keyway, d2=25mm, L=62mm.
