SWC integral forkhead crossed shaft universal coupling (JB5513-91)
¡öApplication scope£º
¡ñSWC series universal coupling mainly applies to steel rolling, lifting and transportation machinery and other heavy machinery. It connects transmission shaft system of two different axis .Its tactical diameter is 100¡«620©L, transmission rated torque is 1.25¡«1000kN¡¤m, the axis folded angle is 15¡ã¡«25¡ã.
¡öStructure features£º
¡ñReasonable structure, safe and reliable operation. Using the integral forkhead, which
can eliminate the weak point of bolt holddown on the bearing lid and fully avoid the
malignant damage events of bolt loosening or rupture. The service life is increased by 30-50% than other couplings.
¡ñHigh load capacity
¡ñHigh transmission efficiency£¬which reaches to 98.7£¥¡«99.9£¥£¬obviously used in big
power transmission and can reduce the power consumption 5£¥¡«15£¥.
¡ñStable transmission£¬low noise£¬usually the noise is 30¡«40dB(A).
¡öForms£º
¡ñSWC universal coupling is divided into BH¡¢BF¡¢DH¡¢CH¡¢WH¡¢WF¡¢and WD seven forms.
¡öSelection of universal coupling:
¡ñThis universal coupling consists of two universal joints and one intermediate shaft.
In order to make the speed of both drive and driven shaft equal, i.e.¦Ø1=¦Ø2, there
will be following three conditions:
¢ÙThe node dip angle of intermediate shaft and drive¡¢driven end are equal.
i.e. ¦Â1=¦Â2.
¢ÚBoth forkheads of intermediate shaft are in the same phase.
¢ÛThe center line of drive¡¢driven shaft and intermediate shaft are in the same plane.
¡ñThe installation form of universal coupling is according to mutual location of its axis. Usually are Z type (two parallel axis) and W type (two crossing axis).
¡ñThe universal coupling should be selected according to load character, computed torque ,bearing life and working speed.
¡ñComputed torque is confirmed by following methods:
