YG series motors for roller table use are the new products for replacing the JG2 motors. The main performances have over than the JG2 and reached the international kindred advanced level. The mounting dimensions of YG series motor is accordance with IEC standard, protection class is IP54, cooling type is IC410, rated voltage is 380V, rated frequency is 50Hz, the connection type of stator winding is star. YG series motors have YGa and Ygb types divided according to use function. YGa series have the features of big blocked torque, small blocked current, long blocked time, high dynamical-constant and soft mechanical performance. It has been widely used for driving working roller or kindred machine that have the features of continual start, braking and reverse running. Ygb series has the features of big power, high efficiency, and widely adjustable speed range hard mechanical performance. It has been widely used for transport roller or kindred machine rotating with only one direction. YGa series motor¡¯s insulation is H, rated running duty is S5. It selected according to the blocked torque and dynamical constant. Ygb series motor¡¯s insulation is F, rated running duty is S1. It selected according to the power. The speed of YG series motor powered with VVVF inverter is adjustable. The adjustable speed range of YGa is 20-80Hz and Ygb is 5-80Hz.
