The production bases are separately set in City's Scientific & Technologic Park, Jiangbei Investment & Innovation Park and Jiangdong Qiubi Industrial Park, the total area is 27 thousand square meters including 100 thousand square meters for modern standard workshops. It has the producing capacity of 100 thousand transmission equipments, forming 18 major series, more than 10 thousand kinds of specifications.     In order to guarantee Donly products with the excellent quality and try to build up the top-ranking strong brand, in recent years we imported many advanced equipments and inspection instruments from overseas, for example: Austria vertical carburizing furnace,Germany NILES CNC gear grinder centers, Korea DAWOO double stations horizontal machine centers, Japan MAZAK CNC lathes and Germany ZEISS coordinate-measuring machine ( CMM ).

 

    In order to establish the management system with the Donly characteristics, we not only take the ISO9001 Quality Management System, but also carry out the Total Products Management ( TPM ), and finished some important management innovation projects of Suppliers Relationship Management, Customers Relationship Management and Enterprise Information Management to optimize our management system. From the  beginning of purchasing the raw material, production, dispatch the products to the final of  after sale service, we take the overall strict control on each procedure to ensure our products' quality be improved.
